This summer has been sort of difficult because of a number of reasons:
- It's really humid in Maryland, and I walk home from work so by the time I'm finally home I am very uncomfortable.
- This un-comfort has led to me realizing I am no longer an early 20s dog walker, my body is not the same as it was when I was in my early 20s and I need to stop beating myself down about it. It is okay that my thighs touch.
- My Greek Husband and I are adjusting to the new normal of our different work schedules, and as a very basic Taurus - I hate these changes in routine, especially when they mean I don't feel like I have enough time to spend with him.
This summer has seen some upswing though, and one of those upswings is that these photos from an evening spent with Caitlin Taylor (@coral.dove). If I remember correctly we shot these about a month ago, a few days after our two year wedding anniversary?
I'm just gonna spend my afternoon looking at these awesome shots, listening to "Broken Clocks" on repeat and wishing that my Greek husband wasn't working until 8 tonight.
It was so tricky selecting photos - I loved this whole shoot. Caitlin is super talented and also the sweetest, I can't recommend her enough to you guys. You can find all her information over at her website!
